1. When should I go to an urgent care?

2. When should I go to the hospital?

Answer: Utilize the emergency room for critical situations like stroke, heart attack, severe bleeding, head injury or other major trauma. If your condition is life-threatening, please call 911.

3. What insurances do you accept?

Answer: Most PPO and HMO insurances are accepted. Please call the Urgent Care directly to confirm coverage. Medicare is also accepted.

4. Can i get a flu shot?

Answer: Flu shots are available at all the Urgent Care facilities. Walk-ins welcome

5. Do i need an appointment to see a doctor?

Answer: No appointments required for the Urgent Care. Walk in only.

6. Can I get stitches on site? Can I get them removed?

Answer: Whether from a direct blow on a hard surface or an incision with a knife or sharp edge, the result is a laceration. Clean lacerations from a kitchen knife or tin can lid less than 4 inches in total length can be seen by a doctor or Urgent Care facility. A toddler's "chin plant' from the coffee table and the fall in the school yard can be seen, evaluated, and quickly repaired by a doctor or in an Urgent Care facility.

7. Do you offer drug screening for employers?

Answer: Drug screens are available for employers. We offer rapid drug screens (escreen), 5 or 10 panel DOT or Non DOT. Drug screens can be tailored to the needs of the employer.

8. Do you offer pre-employment physicals for employers?

Answer: Yes, pre-employment physicals can be performed at the Urgent Care. Please call the clinic directly to discuss the needs for your company.

9. Do you offer physical checkups for high school sports?

Answer; Sports physicals can be performed at the Urgent Care facility. We are also able to come on to your school campus to perform physicals. Please call the clinic directly to set up an event.

10. Do you offer TDAP shots for school requirements?

Answer: TDAP (whooping cough) shots are at the Urgent Care facilities. We will provide you with proof of the administered shot for you to bring to your school.

11. Do you have an onsite pharmacy?

Answer: Each clinic is equipped with an onsite pharmacy to fill prescriptions prescribed by the Urgent Care doctor.

12. How much will the visit cost if I have no insurance?

Answer: There is a range of costs for the office visit depending on the medical problem. Please contact the clinic directly to confirm cost. We discount all services for cash pay patients.

13. Do you discount for students?

Answer: Yes we are happy to offer uninsured students $50 office visits (additional fees may apply for tests run).

14. What is the average wait time at the clinic?

Answer: Wait times can vary clinic to clinic. The average wait time is less than 20 minutes.
